Using the L.APS website
These terms explain how to use our product information, downloads and inquiry forms. A quotation or signed agreement will set out the terms of an actual purchase, rental or service engagement.
1. Who operates this site
This website is operated by L.A Printing Solution Co., Ltd. (“L.APS,” “we,” “our”). Our office is at #109, Street 666, Village 1, Boeung Salang, Tuol Kouk, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Contact us at support@la-printing.com or through our Contact page.
2. What the website provides
We show information about printers, photocopiers, consumables, spare parts, rental, printing and maintenance services. You may browse product information, follow resource links and send an inquiry. Listings, photos, specifications and availability are for information and may be updated. Confirm compatibility, condition (new or pre-owned), stock and suitability with our team before making a decision.
3. Requests, quotations and orders
Sending an online form is a request for our team to review; it does not by itself place an order or confirm a booking. We will provide the applicable price, currency, tax, delivery or installation charges, payment method and timing in a quotation or other written agreement where relevant. An order or service commitment is made only when both sides accept its final terms. If a listing and an accepted quotation differ, the accepted quotation controls that transaction, subject to applicable law.
4. Rental, service and printing
Rental duration, included toner or parts, maintenance, replacement equipment, usage limits and responsibilities depend on the specific agreement. Service work, response arrangements, parts and charges are confirmed with our team before work is agreed. For printing, supply final artwork and confirm quantities, materials, proofs, finishing, delivery and any file requirements in writing. We do not promise a particular service response time through this website.
5. Payment, cancellation, returns and refunds
Payment timing and methods, order changes, cancellation or early termination, returns, exchanges, refunds and any product or service warranty depend on the applicable quotation, invoice or signed agreement and Cambodian law. Please ask for these details before accepting a quote. If you need a change or believe something is wrong, contact support@la-printing.com promptly with the product or request reference so we can review it. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law gives you.
6. Downloads and brand information
Brochures, specifications and other files may come from L.APS, suppliers, manufacturers or linked services. Use them only as permitted by their owner and check the model, region, operating system and version before relying on technical information. Where a driver link leads to a manufacturer’s site, its license and download terms apply. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; a reference to a brand does not itself state a partnership, endorsement or authorization.
7. Acceptable use and outside links
Do not misuse the forms, submit unlawful or malicious material, attempt to access restricted staff information, interfere with the site, or copy our original site content for commercial reuse without permission. Google Maps, Google Drive, social platforms and other external sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We may update or remove links and content as information changes.
8. Site availability, changes and applicable law
We aim to keep this site useful and accurate, but access or linked resources may be temporarily unavailable and errors can occur. We may update these website terms and show the revised date here. Existing accepted quotations and signed agreements are governed by their own terms. Cambodian law applies to these website terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us first if a website, order or service issue needs resolution.
